Dictionary of Friendship

On the occasion of the first
European Children's Gathering (1969), the poet Duško
Radović compiled Dictionary of Friendship
by selecting 15 "most beautiful" words
for children: Bird, Book, Bread, Child, Dad, Europe,
Freedom, Friend, Game, Joy, Love, Mum, Peace, Song,
Sun.
During the action "Dictionary of Friendship"
(2004/05), organised by Children's Cultural Centre
Belgrade", the children from Elementary School
"Radoje Domanović" Kragujevac, were asked
to define these terms. A number of their opinions
and comments are included in this dictionary.
