The International Meeting of the Children of Europe JOY OF EUROPE

application period: 15^th October 2007 - 1^st May 2008

Rules and Regulations:
1. The European Children Festival JOY OF EUROPE is hosted by the City of Belgrade, i.e. by the Belgrade City Hall, whilst the executive organizer is the Children's Cultural Center Belgrade. The JOY OF EUROPE is managed by its Council.

2. Each participating country is represented by a group of no more 25 children and 3-5 accompanying adults.

3. The Festival involves children, age 7-14.

4. Each of the national groups will be hosted by one of the Belgrade elementary schools. During the festival, the children shall be accommodated in families of host-children, from the particular school.

5. The accompanying adults shall be accommodated in hotels.

6. Travel expenses are to be covered by the group, whilst accommodation expenses during the Festival are covered by the organizer.

7. During the festival, healthcare and all other forms of necessary protection shall be provided to the children and their accompanying persons.

8. The programs presented by the children are to be performed in a number of halls in Belgrade or on open stage. The guests are to provide the necessary musical tapes, video and CD material needed for their live performance and for the broadcast.
